Chen Named SMSL Batter of the Month Wednesday, July 1st , 2054 June was a good month for Chia-ch'ing Chen. The MSL Hollywood center fielder had his way with opposing pitchers all month while posting a .315 batting average and was selected as the USSL Mexican Summer League Batter of the Month. Last month Chen put up some solid numbers: 4 home runs, 11 RBIs, 12 runs scored and a .345 on-base percentage. |
