USPL Mexican Summer League Picks Top Player Monday, August 10th , 2054 It was a fantastic week for MSL Boston catcher Dana Combs and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the USPL Mexican Summer League Player of the Week Award. Last week Combs hammered the ball at a torrid .417 pace, going 5-for-12 with 3 home runs, 4 RBIs and 4 runs scored. This season Combs is hitting .264 with 19 hits, 7 home runs, 10 RBIs, scored 12 runs and played in 27 games. |
