July's PMSL Batter of Month Award Announced Saturday, August 1st , 2054 Mauro Flores may be much younger than other hitters in the USPL Mexican Summer League, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in July to win the Batter of the Month award. The 16-year-old MSL Boston catcher hit .250 with 5 home runs, 18 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Flores on the season is batting .231 with 6 home runs. His totals include 21 RBIs and 10 runs scored. He has played in 22 games. |
