3A- Player of the Week Named Monday, August 31st , 2054 George Luna is respected by most Bompton Baby Lakers fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old catcher went about his business with vigor last week to grab the M3L Low A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .444 average (8-for-18) with 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 3 runs scored. This year Luna is batting .261 with 12 home runs. He has scored 41 runs and driven in 44. |
