3A-'s Top Player, Summers of Surprise Monday, August 10th , 2054 This week's standout performer in the M3L Low A was left fielder Wayne Summers of the Surprise Shockers. He belted out a .529 average and was voted the Player of the Week. Over the last week Summers collected 9 hits in 17 at-bats and 1 home run, drove in 4 runs and scored 5 times. So far this season Summers has put up a .349 batting average with 103 hits, 18 home runs and 55 RBIs. |
