Tijuana Mathematically Eliminated from Playoffs Wednesday, July 29th , 2054 The Tijuana Toros were certainly not a team of destiny this year and now they have been eliminated from playoff contention. "We thought we had a better chance than this," said shortstop Blaine Vance. "It's a big disappointment." The Toros have missed the playoffs 11 times in their 15 years as a M3L Low A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 8th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2046. Tijuana has won the 3L R Championship 3 times in their history. |
