Season Possibly Over for Gabriel Soto Sunday, August 16th , 2054 The season is finished for Gabriel Soto of the Athletic Club KC U-21. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The U-21 starting pitcher suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Hudsonville Flanderses. Team doctors said it would take at least 4 months to heal. To this point in the season, Soto shows a 4-7 record, 17 starts, 110 innings, 111 strikeouts and a 3.93 ERA. |
