Swanson Slams 3 Homers for Krewe Wednesday, September 3rd , 2053 Crescent City starting pitcher Kevin Swanson blasted three homers today at Field of the Krewe in the 10-5 Krewe victory over the Ithaca Fighting Imps. For the game, Kevin Swanson scored 3 times and knocked in 6 runs. When he hit his last home run, his teammates, hearing the crack of the bat, leaped off the bench and rushed on the field to greet the jubilant Swanson when he reached home plate. "It was just one game, but it sure was a lot of fun -- 3-for-5, three roundtrippers and a win," a gleeful Swanson told BNN reporters in a postgame interview. "What a day."
