SAA Awards Player of the Week Monday, August 24th , 2054 25-year-old center fielder Donovan Edwards of the Yakima Hops is the talk of the USSL Double A for putting on a torrid hitting display last week and claiming the Player of the Week Award. Edwards rapped out a sensational .429 batting average with 12 hits in 28 at-bats, 3 home runs and 11 RBIs. This season Edwards is batting .307 with 107 hits and 10 home runs. He has scored 59 times and has 45 runs batted in. |
