League Suspends Megana and Lott for Fisticuffs Sunday, August 16th , 2054 Abhijnana Megana of the Nuevo Mexico Mariachis and Chad Lott of the Tacoma Fur Traders will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Mariachis-Fur Traders game at Mariachi Band Shell. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Megana and Lott will begin serving them soon. For the season, Megana is hitting at a .237 clip with 17 home runs, 56 RBIs and has scored 42 runs. He has 70 hits, 32 walks and a .314 on-base percentage. To date this year Lott has compiled a 1-5 mark with a 5.43 ERA in 14 starts. |
