Lithgoe's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback Saturday, October 17th , 2054 First Colm Lithgoe got hurt and suffered a strained abdominal muscle. Now he is going to miss even more games. Treatment was going well until yesterday when the Rainbow Mermaids left fielder overextended himself in a workout and suffered a setback. The Northern Virginia medical staff have now revised his recovery time to at least 3-4 weeks. In 87 games Lithgoe is hitting .246 this season with 78 hits, 15 home runs, 33 RBIs, 25 walks, .309 OBP and has scored 43 runs. |
