Dave Carroll Out for Season Wednesday, July 29th , 2054 When Charleston reliever Dave Carroll was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Battery-Rainbow Mermaids game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Carroll had sustained a damaged elbow ligament and will be out for about 9-10 months.
