No Late-Season Magic Coming: Laredo Out of Playoffs Saturday, September 5th , 2054 Laredo Hawks reliever Éric Lemaire was extremely blunt when asked how it felt to have his team be officially eliminated from playoff contention today. "It sucks," he said. The Hawks have missed the playoffs 10 times in their 14 years as a USSL Single A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2045. Laredo has won the SL A Championship 6 times in their history. |
