Red-Hot August Lands Chukwudi Batting Prize in 3A Tuesday, September 1st , 2054 Ekene Chukwudi may be much younger than other hitters in the M3L Single A, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 21-year-old Huntington center fielder hit .296 with 8 home runs, 18 RBIs and 14 runs scored. Currently Chukwudi is batting .242 with 16 home runs and 54 RBIs. |
