Camacho Fashions Shutout Against Torch Friday, June 19th , 2054 Javier Camacho was impressive at Bellevue Field today in the Rocky Mountain Vibes' 9-0 shutout victory over the Mancelona Torch. The Rocky Mountain pitcher mystified the Torch in a strong performance, giving up 2 hits and totaling no walks and 12 strikeouts. "Javier had them chasing a lot of pitches and talking to themselves," Rocky Mountain manager John Simpson. "It was something special to watch." To date this season Camacho sports a 2-2 mark with a 1.60 ERA in 5 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .195 batting average and has 44 strikeouts in 33.2 innings.
