Career Over for Voodoo Tetsu Matsumoto Monday, December 7th , 2054 Word out of New Orleans is not clear yet, but according to an unidentified team source, Tetsu Matsumoto's baseball career might be over -- forever. BNN reported that the Voodoo third baseman has suffered a severe setback in his rehabilitation from a torn meniscus and might never play baseball again. Apparently Matsumoto reinjured himself in recent workouts and doctors said "it is now definitely beyond repair." In 753 career games Matsumoto has hit .274 with 759 hits, 206 home runs, 518 RBIs and scored 411 runs. |
