Montana First Baseman Rated Best Rookie Thursday, October 1st , 2054 Youngster Jason Johnson emerged as the latest United States Premier League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Montana deserved the honor, batting .281 with 4 home runs and 12 RBI. Is the month of September a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Johnson enjoy the limelight. Johnson is currently batting .252 with 11 home runs, 32 RBIs and 26 runs scored. He has 51 hits in 202 at-bats. |
