MSL Baltimore and MSL Long Island left the crowd in suspense until the final out.

MSL Long Island pitcher Carlos Guzmán gave the Bullets all they could handle, but in the end, MSL Baltimore left MSL Long Island Ballpark with a win, 2-1. Guzmán allowed no runs on 4 hits over 6 innings. The win leaves MSL Baltimore with a record of 3-4.

Runs were scarce in this one. So, Edward Sellers's at-bat in the top of the 15th was vitally important. With no one out, the MSL Baltimore right fielder hit a sacrifice fly, to give his team a 2-1 lead.

"We squandered some opportunities," said MSL Long Island manager Austin Case.
