Cattlemen Score 3-2 Win Over MSL Pittsburgh
|
MSL Ft. Worth turned a good effort from starter Jin-ho Park into a win over the MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers at MSL Pittsburgh Ballpark. The final score was 3-2. MSL Pittsburgh falls to 0-2.
MSL Ft. Worth used a well-timed hit by Mario Ornelas to capture the win. The center fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Cattlemen ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.
"Tough loss," said MSL Pittsburgh manager Ricky Miller. "But we'll learn from it."
