Streaking Rhinos Win Another One, 5-2
|
The Redwood Rhinos got a stellar effort from pitcher Tom Ward, helping Redwood score a win over the visiting Beaumont Crossbeaus, 5-2. Ward went 5.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 2 hits, walked 1, and struck out 9. His record improves to 6-3. The Rhinos, now 51-33, have won 6 in a row.
