McQueen goes 4-for-5, Leads Rams to Win
Ladue center fielder Joe McQueen contributed to his team's 7-5 win over the Quebec City Baby Blues. McQueen, who is rated as the 45th best prospect by BNN, went 4 for 5 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Rams. Umberto Erkelens, now 2-2, was credited with the win. He allowed no runs on 1 hit, while striking out 1 and walking 0. The Rams improve their record to 42-38 with the win over Quebec City.

Xing-fu Tian helped out the Ladue cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the second baseman went 1-3.

"We're all about heart and hustle on this team. That's what wins ballgames," McQueen told the Ladue Gazette.
