The Quebec City Baby Blues topped the Bethlehem Angel Kitties, 6-1, in USSL Low A action at Kittie Park. The standout performance belonged to Quebec City pitcher and West Whittier-Los Nietos, California, native Henry Peters. Quebec City is now 39-27, Bethlehem 36-30.
Peters, the winner, is now 10-2. In 7.2 innings of work, he gave up 1 run on 1 hit, while collecting 10 Ks. He essentially shut down the Bethlehem offense.
"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Peters.
