Toros Score 4-1 Win Over Long Island
|
Tijuana Toros starter Eisaku Miyata turned in a top-notch performance against the Long Island Ducks at Ducks Park. The result was a win for the Toros, 4-1. Tijuana is now 1-3.
Tijuana used the clutch hitting of Ed Glazier to capture the win. The second baseman drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Toros ahead, 3-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.
"I really like what we did out there today," Miyata said after the game.
