Pancho Becerra was a major factor in the 5-3 Bethlehem win over Redwood. The Angel Kitties catcher went 2-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Luis Sánchez notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record now sits at 1-0. Earning his 1st save for Bethlehem was Luka Bachev.

Becerra had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 2-2 changeup from Rizal Culata, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Angel Kitties a 5-3 lead. It was the 8th home run of the year for Becerra.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Becerra told the Bethlehem Daily.

The third-place Angel Kitties have won 4 straight games.
