Though the conditions were not ideal, the Ladue Rams and Quebec City Baby Blues came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

Ladue right fielder Jesús Velásquez had 4 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Quebec City Baby Blues, 6-2. The save went to Mario González, number 5 for him.

Ladue grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Velásquez, who is tied for 6th in the SA- in triples with 1, hit a 3-run home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Rams out in front, 5-2.

Velásquez attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."

The Rams saw their record improve to 10-10.
