Titans Ballpark was the site of a competitive game between the Crowley Cajuns and Hicksville Hounds.

Hicksville Hounds starter Ramiro Tapián was in fine form against the Crowley Cajuns at Titans Ballpark, leading his team to a win, 5-3. In 8 innings, Tapián surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 12 and walking 2. He allowed 3 runs. Jorge Guillén closed the game out for Hicksville, earning his 12th save.

Hicksville used the clutch hitting of Dave Díaz to snag the win. The left fielder drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Hounds ahead, 5-3. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Díaz told the Hicksville Observer.

At 41-42, the Hounds claim 5th place in the Premier Low A.
