Trash Pandas Handed 4-2 Loss by Athletic Club KC
|
Athletic Club KC got a strong outing from Hughie Sworder as the U-21 defeated the Watford City Trash Pandas, 4-2, at Ballpark of Elkhorn City. The U-21 go to 21-31 with the win.
Andrés Sousa drove in one run for Athletic Club KC. The 20-year old left-handed pitcher had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring ground out off De-wei Shuo. It was his 12th RBI of the season.
"Hughie was pounding the zone," said Athletic Club KC manager Wilson López.
