Chon 4-4, Leads Blaze to Win

The South Beach Blaze bested the Grand Forks Caterpillars, 7-2, at The Cocoon. Chong-hun Chon was one of the standouts. He went 4-4 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Quinn Brandt, who went 5.1 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 2 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 4. His record now stands at 1-2. The Blaze have an impressive 51-31 record.
The game turned with no one out in the top of the fourth when Chon, who is tied for 4th in the PA in total bases with 128, hit a 2-run home run. It propelled the Blaze into the lead, 4-2.
