The Ogallala Octopi picked up a win at Titans Ballpark, taking down the Crowley Cajuns, 3-2. Starting pitcher Bill Robinson was a big reason why. At 3-1, the Octopi have played well so far.

Ogallala used the timely hitting of George Crawford to capture the win. The pinch hitter socked a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Octopi ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a big one.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Crawford.
