The Myrtle Beach Seahawks topped the Cut Off Crawdads, 5-2, in USPL Single A action at Seahwaks Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Myrtle Beach pitcher and Riverside, California, native Kel Ellis. Paul Montgomery finished to wrap up his 1st save. The win takes Myrtle Beach to 3-3.

Juan Salazar came through for Myrtle Beach with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the sixth. The right fielder went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and collected 3 RBI.
