Narrow Win Takes Ft. Worth Streak to 8

The Ft. Worth Cattlemen faced a tough opponent in Boston pitcher Martin Luther, but did just enough to pull out the victory at The Cattle Pen by a final score of 5-4. Luther went 7 innings and allowed no runs. Ft. Worth reliever Marc Potts picked up the win to move to 1-1. Mitch Henley suffered the loss. Ft. Worth has a record of 10-2.
Dhataki Pummy clinched the win with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the tenth. In the game, the Ft. Worth right fielder went 1-4, while adding 2 RBI.
