|
The Holy City Herons defeated the Niagara Falls Expos, 3-1, in M3L Single A action at Mango Yard. Holy City pitcher Roberto Ramírez had a standout performance. Ramírez got the win, improving to 2-2. He allowed 4 hits and walked 0 over 5.1 innings. Ramírez allowed 1 run. The save went to Chip Moore, number 4 for him.
Helping the Holy City cause was Yuan-zhang Tsu. In the bottom of the fifth, the 22-year old designated hitter had a run-scoring ground out to make the score 3-1, Herons.
"I like the roll we're on," said Holy City manager Júlio González.
The win makes Holy City 56-31.
