Behind a solid performance from first baseman Ben Crosby, the Niagara Falls Expos defeated the Idaho Falls Chukars, 5-2. Crosby went 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Expos. Niagara Falls reliever Miguel Martínez picked up the win, raising his record to 2-1. Jaime Delegorsa was tagged with the loss. With this game in the books, Niagara Falls is 26-32, Idaho Falls 40-18.
Had Jesús Molina not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Molina hit a 2-run double. That made the score 4-2, in favor of the Expos.
