4-2 Loss to Yellows Extends Alaskan Losing Streak

Yucca Valley starter Juan Torres had a strong outing against the Alaskan Bush Pilots at Bush Pilots Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-2 win. Torres picked up the win for Yucca Valley, going 5 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. Dave Froley earned the save for Yucca Valley, his 10th of the year.
Alexander Reinstadtler, the 22-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Reinstadtler contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the first inning to put Yucca Valley up, 3-0.
