In a tight game between the Niagara Falls Expos and the Mancelona Torch, pitcher Stan Harrell was terrific on the mound. The Niagara Falls right-hander helped his team to the 3-1 win. The Expos go to 20-25, putting them 8th in the Menard's A.

In the bottom of the ninth, Christophe Bouet stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Torch were trailing 3-1, but had runners on 1st and 2nd. That's when Jack Kelly made a terrific pitch and Bouet popped out. Gone was the dream of a Mancelona comeback.
