Asheville beat Billings at The Igloo, eking out a 5-4 win. The win was due in large part to third baseman Andy McGee. He went 2 for 5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Rob Sawyer picked up the save for Asheville, his 3rd of the year. The Highlanders sit in 7th place in the Premier AA with a record of 39-41.

Asheville grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when McGee, who is tied for 9th in the PAA in RBI with 41, hit a 2-run home run. His 19th home run of the season put the Highlanders out in front, 3-1.

"I think we all put in a good day's work," said McGee.
