Polar Bears Continue Skid, Thanks to Forbes, Screaming Eagles
Good production from third baseman Denny Forbes helped the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles topple the Billings Polar Bears, 7-1. Forbes was 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Screaming Eagles. Eric Buchanan picked up the win with 5.2 innings of work. He allowed 1 run on 3 hits, while walking 0 and striking out 7.
