Atoms Get One-Run Win at Ottawa
Bethesda right-hander Chris Robbins helped his team edge Ottawa by the score of 3-2. Robbins kept the opposing lineup in check. Robbins got the win, improving to 1-0. He allowed 6 hits and walked 3 over 6 innings. Robbins allowed 1 run. At 36-29, the Atoms claim second place in the Silver AA.

Bethesda used a well-timed hit by Chang-yong Hann to capture the win. The shortstop socked a bases-clearing double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Atoms ahead, 3-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Every loss hurts," said Ottawa manager Ismael González. "But this was a tough one."
