Cape Coral Hurricanes starter Leo Clark was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Buckhead Bowties, 5-2. Sun Tah sewed up the save, his 11th. The 11th-place Hurricanes raised their record to 17-25.

Cape Coral used a well-timed hit by Julian Lemur to capture the win. The first baseman socked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Hurricanes ahead, 2-1. Though it was his only hit in 2 at-bats, it was important.

"Winning is hard sometimes," said Hurricanes manager Greg Diersing. "This one was nice to get."
