Flyers Lose to Pride in Walk Off
The Hartford Pride got a strong performance from pitcher Gil McCarthy, who stymied the Pennsauken offense en route to a win, 2-1, at Pride Park. With the victory, the Pride upped their record to 48-33.

In the bottom of the ninth, with two out and the game tied, 1-1, third baseman Michael Jones won it for Hartford. With a runner on 2nd, Jones hit a 1-1 curveball from Mario Villalobos for a run-scoring double, giving his team the 2-1 win.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Jones said.
