Pride Suffer 6-0 Setback
|
Hartford had no answer for Pennsauken Flyers starter Franklin Hopkins, who flummoxed Pride hitters as the Flyers cruised to victory, 6-0. The win makes Pennsauken 30-21.
Ye-qing Zou took Jack Peters deep in the bottom of the first. His 2-run home run put the Flyers on top, 2-0. In all, Zou had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
"We had a good game plan," Hopkins said, "and we were able to execute it."
