Willis, Flyers Finish Off Thunderbirds, 13-2

The Pennsauken Flyers got a stellar performance from pitcher Herb Willis, who handcuffed the Hamilton offense en route to a win, 13-2, at Coyote Wildlife Refuge. Hamilton, at 13-15, has lost 4 straight.
Willis's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 8 strikeouts in 9 innings while allowing 5 hits. Willis, who leads the SAAA with a 1.10 ERA, goes to 3-0 on the year with 22 strikeouts.
"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Willis.
