Milton got a terrific performance from pitcher Henry Tucker, but it wasn't enough to beat the Monongahela Monsters. Monongahela won the Milton Corner Tavern contest, 3-2. Tucker threw 7.0 innings allowing 1 runs for the losing team. Monongahela is now 25-19. Milton is 18-26.
Bartolo Foreman, who is tied for 7th in the PAAA in doubles with 10, aided the Monongahela cause with a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth. For the game, the left fielder went 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk.
"There are no moral victories," said losing manager Gonzalo Velásquez.
