The Austin Black Mambas eked out a 1-0 win versus the Port Huron Blitzkrieg at Mamba Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Curt Stokes. He was terrific. After today's action, Austin sits at 41-50; Port Huron slips to 34-57.

Denny Wolfe, the Austin shortstop, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fifth inning to make the score 1-0, Black Mambas. For the game, Wolfe went 1 for 3.
