Buzz Best Disaster in Pitching Duel
|
The Salt Lake City Buzz picked up a win at Ballpark of Port Royal, courtesy of Mochihito Sato. The left-hander helped his team stop the Port Royal Disaster, 2-1. Picking up the save was Martín Cedeño, his 2nd. The win makes Salt Lake City 41-48.
Nick Yeend, the 31-year old catcher , had a direct impact on the outcome. Yeend contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the seventh inning to put Salt Lake City up, 2-1.
"Mochihito did a tremendous job," said Salt Lake City manager Jay Smith.
