Monongahela rode a decent outing from starter Manuel Peña to victory over the Sioux Falls Red Pandas. The final score was 7-5. Monongahela sits at 5-6.

Aaron Ritter electrified the crowd in the bottom of the tenth when he took Sioux Falls pitcher Robert Shirt deep. His 2-run home run sent the Monsters home winners.
