Piranhas Earn 6-4 Win Against White Walkers
|
Panama City Piranhas starter Chris Jackson pitched a strong game against the Buffalo White Walkers at Beyond the Wall, leading the Piranhas to victory, 6-4. The 8th-place Piranhas sport a record of 11-14.
Panama City used the timely hitting of Ishaan Swan to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the 15th inning to put the Piranhas on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
Swan said afterward that he hoped the win would galvanize the team.
