Romero Crowned Batter of the Month in July Friday, August 1st , 2053 At only 18 years of age, Tyler Romero could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the MSL Panama City Piranhas, as July was one to remember for the third baseman and he has captured the USPL Mexican Summer League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .364 with 5 home runs, 11 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This year Romero is batting .256 with 34 hits, 9 home runs, 27 RBIs, 9 walks, .310 OBP and has scored 17 runs. |
