3A-'s Best Player Named Monday, August 25th , 2053 When it came to hitting the baseball, Efren Cereza had few peers in the M3L Low A this past week. The talented shortstop for Greenport tagged opposing pitchers for a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 7 hits in 14 at-bats, 5 homers, 7 runs scored and 6 RBIs. This year Cereza has hit at a .196 pace and produced 17 RBIs, 8 home runs and scored 27 runs. |
