3A-'s #1 Player, Arinya of Flint Monday, July 14th , 2053 The hottest bat of the week belonged to Flint shortstop Haiku Arinya. He went on a rampage last week against 3A- hurlers and rapped out 9 hits in 20 at-bats for a .450 average while hitting 2 home runs, driving in 4 runs and scoring 2 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the M3L Low A Player of the Week trophy. Arinya was honored today at a press conference. Looking at his season stats, Arinya has compiled a .195 batting average and a .237 on-base percentage, while hitting 4 home runs and driving in 12 runs. |
